Refund Policy

At Grace by Faith Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gracebyfaithjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@gracebyfaithjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@gracebyfaithjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
