1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including:

All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
APO/FPO military addresses

🚫 We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Expedited (USPS/UPS) 2–3 business days $12.00

Free Shipping 5–7 business days Free on orders over $75

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Delays & Issues

Grace by Faith Jewelry is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot make changes to your order once it is processed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
